Referral Staffing Solutions is partnering with a meat distributor to hire a 2nd shift Order Filler – West Salem, WI. The ideal candidate will be motivated to work, willing to learn, and able to work in a cold storage facility ranging in temperatures from 0 to 36 degrees.
We are seeking candidates that can:
Accurately pick and pack daily orders in a cooler and freezer
Stack and wrap pallets
Unload and stock incoming inventory
Work in chilled elements between 0 and 36 degrees throughout the day
Follow instructions in English
Lift up to 50lbs on a repetitive basis
Lift 75 lbs on an occasional basis
Safely bend, stoop and reach
2nd Shift: 2:30PM until orders are complete – Approximately 11PM-2AM (with a shorter day on Fridays most weeks)
Wage: $14.00/hour
