Meet the RSS Team!


Shobi Nunemacher

Referral Staffing Solutions (RSS) was opened in 2014 by Shobi Nunemacher. Shobi entered the staffing world in 2007 when she started in an entry-level role with a National Staffing Firm in Madison, WI. Shobi quickly fell in love with the staffing process and truly enjoyed finding the right fit for her clients and employees alike. She quickly moved up with that organization while attending Madison Area Technical College. After graduation, she applied for and became the Branch Manager.

After four years in that role, an opportunity with a smaller, Wisconsin based company presented itself in Sparta, WI where Shobi would be able to continue along the career path she fell in love with while returning to her “hometown” area.

After a few years in her new roles, Shobi saw opportunity to open her own business where she could continue providing top-notch service to clients and employees alike and Referral Staffing Solutions (RSS) was formed. RSS is dedicated to taking the time to get to know clients and employees in order to make the best fit for everyone the first time.

Sara Docken

Sara was born and raised in the Three Rivers area and graduated from Melrose-Mindoro High school. She continues her education at the University of Wisconsin in La Crosse and is currently pursuing a Human Resource degree through BYU-Idaho. She has worked with customer service and telecommunications for 8 years.

Sara started with RSS as Administrative Assistant, promoted to Staffing Consultant She is eager to help the area’s businesses and jobseekers with their ever growing needs. Give her a call and she will point you in the right direction!

Frances Smith

Frances was born and raised in Spirit Lake, Idaho. She graduated from Timberlake High School and journeyed to Wisconsin to attend Viterbo University as an English major. After working in the customer service field for three years she found her new home at Referral Staffing Solutions!

Meaghan Frahm

Meaghan was born and raised in Minneapolis. She recently moved to the Wisconsin area and started working with the RSS Team in September of 2017. As a Staffing Consultant, Meaghan works to bring growing businesses into contact with eager talent in the Sparta area. She knows that finding the ideal candidate can be a challenge- it’s not about filling a position with a quick fix. But instead, finding the model candidate to trust and stand behind your company for the long haul.

Meaghan has worked in Customer Service for nearly a decade, she enjoys connecting with the heart-beating people within the community. Her passion is to help and communicate understanding to the people she meets each day.
