Referral Staffing Solutions (RSS) was opened in 2014 by Shobi Nunemacher. Shobi entered the staffing world in 2007 when she started in an entry-level role with a National Staffing Firm in Madison, WI. Shobi quickly fell in love with the staffing process and truly enjoyed finding the right fit for her clients and employees alike. She quickly moved up with that organization while attending Madison Area Technical College. After graduation, she applied for and became the Branch Manager.
After four years in that role, an opportunity with a smaller, Wisconsin based company presented itself in Sparta, WI where Shobi would be able to continue along the career path she fell in love with while returning to her “hometown” area.
After a few years in her new roles, Shobi saw opportunity to open her own business where she could continue providing top-notch service to clients and employees alike and Referral Staffing Solutions (RSS) was formed. RSS is dedicated to taking the time to get to know clients and employees in order to make the best fit for everyone the first time.
Matt was born and raised in La Crosse, WI. He has been in the catering industry for over 20 years. He has owned and operated his own catering business for more than 10 years. He enjoys meeting new people and building long-lasting relationships.
Matt has been a vital part of Referral Staffing Solutions growth since inception. He is continuing his journey with Referral Staffing Solutions as the Sales Director. He is out in the community spreading the word about Referral Staffing Solutions and seeking businesses that could benefit from our services. Tesia Moore – Talent Recruiter
Tesia was born and raised in Sparta, WI. She graduated from Sparta High School. Right after high school, Tesia started working for a manufacturing company. Through hard work and dedication, she worked her way into a lead role. In this role, she learned to lead others, manager her time, and push for results while maintaining a safe work environment for her team! She realized she had a passion for working directly with others and decided to shift her career focus.
Tesia started with Referral Staffing Solutions in May of 2018 where she is able to recruit, screen, and place candidates; allowing them to better their lives. She uses her leadership skills, manufacturing experience, and desire for safety to make the best choices in placing great talent with our clients. Karie Feist – Talent Recruiter
Karie Feist was born in Edgerton, Wisconsin. At the age of 5, Karie moved to the Vernon county area. After completing High School, Karie worked in Child Care and Development before transitioning to the HR field. Prior to starting with Referral Staffing Solutions Karie worked as an HR Specialist/Recruiter for a family-owned trucking company. In that position, she had the sole responsibility of sourcing outstanding candidates for 19 different terminal locations across the Mid-West.
Karie is an experienced Recruiter with the ability to utilize many different avenues in search of qualified individuals. She prides herself on attention to detail as well as creating long, lasting relationships with candidates and clients alike.
