Our client is hiring a Full-time Administrative Assistant in Tomah, WI. This position is Monday- Friday from 8AM to 4:30PM. Seeking someone that extra friendly that will greet walk-in visitors with a smile and is cheerful and friendly when answering calls. The administrative assistant will take customer payments (over the phone and in person), maintain the office supply inventory, and file and maintain customer files. This position also requires making numerous follow-up calls to prospective clients. This requires resiliency. Must be able to handle rejection and move on to the next prospect. After a solid understanding of the office is gained, the administrative assistant will start working towards his/her property and casualty insurance licenses. These online courses will be paid for by the employer.
