Referral Staffing Solutions is seeking motivated people for a Direct-Hire Telephone Sales opening in Sparta, WI.

In this role, you would answer some inbound phone calls and make many outbound calls. You will assist in selling Direct TV/AT&T services to residential households and/or commercial businesses.

We are looking for upbeat people with positive attitudes!

Pay: $10.00 Per Hour for the 1st 6 weeks of Training then a base of $8.00 plus Commission (Reps typically earn $14-24 per hour with commissions added) Great earning potential for the right person!

Full-Time, 37 to 42 Hours Per Week

Mornings, Afternoons and Evenings Shift. Monday through Saturday.
