RSS is recruiting a Door to Door Sales Manager in Sparta, WI

Summary

Responsible for going door-to door and selling DIRECTV/AT&T/Exede while maintaining a positive image for employer.

Responsibilities

  • Travel to different neighborhoods going door to door with the goal of selling DIRECTV/AT&T/Exede

  • Write up orders

  • Communicate with management daily or more often as needed

  • Develop prospect and lead lists

  • Develop constructive and cooperative relationships with others

  • Work assigned territory, often 100 doors per day

  • Assign daily territories to reps

  • Work with management on incentive plans

  • Be a positive role model to the team

  • Be a coach

  • Travel Required (company vehicle provided)

  • Analyze and report on performance measures to achieve sales and financial objectives

  • Hire and train local door to door sales team.

  • Perform day to day supervision of the door to door team in the field to achieve sales targets

  • Communicate promotional offers, product/service updates and other information to the door to door team in a timely manner

  • Provide sales support and training for door to door team as required
  • Comply with Dean’s Satellites policies and procedures.
  • Set up and tear down events when needed.
  • Occasional Sunday’s when needed
  • Technology Savvy with computer skills and knowledge in connected devices.

Hours

Hours will very but will typically be 2-8PM in the field with addtional office hours required. Door knocking on Saturday’s required when team is not hitting weekly goal.

Goals

Goals will be provided by management prior to each quarter. This will give the Manager time to develop incentives, recruiting and other training that may be required to hit goal numbers.

Requirements

  • Must pass Motor Vehicle Record

  • Must be able to be on feet for 7-9 hours per day
