Referral Staffing Solutions is recruiting a Senior Accountant (G/L)- The salary range is around $60K DOE in addition to eligibility to participate in the companyâ€™s annual Incentive Compensation Plan.Â This position supervisors 2-3 direct employees.
The Senior Accountant-G/L will be a member of our client’s Accounting and Finance group and will be exposed to all aspects of the business through experiential learning and mentorship opportunities with the ultimate goal of development within the company.Â This position provides a great opportunity to gain exposure to a key functions and grow within our clientâ€™s organization.
People or Process Management Responsibility:Â Â Responsible for overseeing the operations in at least one of the following areas â€“ Accounts Receivable/Cash, Inventory, and Tax.Â Â A Senior Accountant – GL oversees a team, and plays an integral role in developing and documenting standardized procedures. This includes possessing the skills to perform the functions listed below.
