As a Marketing Representative, you would maintain contact with key potential business influencers; such as insurance agents, adjustors, property managers, and other business professionals within the communities our clients services to create brand awareness through the use of marketing materials, plan and execute events, and traveling to local communities on a daily basis.
Training is provided. This is a full-time positions and is eligible for a full benefits package after 90 days of being hired on by our client. The hours are 8:00am to 4:30pm and the main office is centrally located in Sparta, WI. The pay structure is a base plus commission. First year reps should expect to make between 25K and 40K. The amount you make is strictly determined by your sales efforts and abilities.
You will have a company vehicle to use during working hours.
A good driving record and valid drivers license are required. Our ideal candidate is someone who truly enjoys providing superior customer service, and loves taking ownership in their work. We are looking for someone who has a professional image to promote these services. Additional qualities we are looking for include: hard-working, polite, organized, self-motivated, trainable, outgoing, excellent written and verbal communication skills, multi-tasker, and works well with a routed system in a team oriented setting.
