Office Assistant – Holmen, WI

Referral Staffing Solutions is hiring an office assistant in Holmen, WI. The office assistant will be responsible for receptionist duties, front desk (standing desk), scheduling patients, answering phones, collecting payments, filing paperwork, completing insurance claims and more! Great customer service skills along with strong computer proficiently are ideal in this position.

This position will start out part-time and develop into full-time hours as the office continues to grow.

The part schedule (approx. 16 hours a week) as follows:

Mondays 8AM-12:30PM

Fridays 8AM-12:30PM and 2PM-5:30PM

Saturdays 8:30AM-11AM
