The Business Development Representative position consists of maintaining contact with key potential business influencers; such as insurance agents, adjustors, property managers, and other business professionals within the communities our client serves.Â Creating brand awareness for our client utilizing their marketing materials, planning and executing events, and traveling to local communities on a daily basis is required.

This is an entry level position.Â 1 + year of experience in Sales, Marketing, Public Relations, or Customer Service is a plus.Â Training is provided.Â Full-time positions are eligible for a full benefits package 90 days after being hired by our client. Â The hours are 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday. Our clients office is centrally located out of Sparta, WI.
The pay structure is base plus commission. First year reps should expect to make between 25K and 40K.Â The amount you make is strictly determined by your sales efforts and abilities. Our customer provides a company vehicle to be used during working hours.
