Referral Staffing Solutions is partnering with a great company in Sparta, WI to fill (6) 1st Shift and (2) 2nd Shift Summer Production Operator Positions.

These positions would be full-time from May – August 2016 and pay $10.50 per hour.

1st Shift is 6AM-4:30PM Mon-Thurs and 2nd Shift if 4:30PM-2AM Mon-Thurs. These opportunities give you a 3 day weekend – every weekend!

Responsibilities include operation of machinery and equipment used to manufacturing high quality products – Experience is great but not required!

• Ability to read work orders, verify materials, and document scrap.
• Work effectively within a production work team and collaborate with other teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and problem solving.
• Demonstrate safe work behaviors to avoid injury to self or others.
• Operate assigned equipment in a safe, effective and efficient manner.
• Ability to follow processes and procedures
