Referral Staffing Solutions is helping a local company staff for a TEMPORARY Administrative Assistant in La Crescent, MN
This administrative position is the front line of the company and the candidate needs to be friendly and reliable. Normal work schedule will be full-time working 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.
Successful candidate must have strong, up to date computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (version 2007 or later) and excellent communication skills. Primary Responsibilities: Answer and direct all incoming telephone calls. Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate individual for assistance. Open and sort incoming mail. Ensure that all out-going mail has postage. Perform general office duties (e.g. filing, faxes, emails, office appearance). Copy, scan and archive documents. Provide administrative support to office personnel with various office duties. Maintain conference rooms and assist with meeting needs (beverages, food, equipment, conference calls, GoToMeetings, etc.) Manage office phone system, names and phone extension lists. Maintain and order office supplies and postage. Maintain break room and its supplies. Any other duties that may arise.
