Why do we conduct phone interviews?
Well, we do this not only for us, but for you as well. We have many different positions available and each position requires different qualifications. It is important for us to make this process as easy and convenient for you as possible. During the phone interview we go over your past work history, what you are looking for in your next position, as well as your qualifications for the position applied for. During this time we are able to learn about you and suggest positions that we believe would be a good fit. If we find that you have the qualifications needed, we schedule a face-to-face interview…..
What to expect during a face-to-face interview.
When a face-to-face interview is scheduled it means that we believe we have a potential position available for you. During this time we will have you update any information on your Referral Staffing Solutions employee portal and spend some one-on-one time with a recruiter. We ask you some behavioral interview questions, and if all goes well, we will explain to you the hiring process of the client in which we believe you would be a good fit for.
When can I start working?
Each of our clients has their own hiring process. Ask your recruiter for details on the position in which you applied.
What to expect during orientation.
The first thing to expect during orientation is a drug screen. Referral Staffing Solutions is an alcohol and drug free work place. Once this is completed you will then watch a quick orientation video that covers our employee handbook and what is expected of you as a Referral Staffing Solutions employee. Your recruiter will then explain our benefit package and assist you in completing your new hire paperwork. Upon completion, your recruiter will go over the assignment details and answer any questions you may have before starting your first day at your new job.
