Be miserable. OR motivate yourself. Whatever has to be done, it’s always by choice.
We all have the ability to choose to stay where we are or make a change. If you are unhappy in your current situation, make a change. An important thing to remember when making changes in your life is that it all takes time. Start small – baby steps. Place one foot in front of the other. It’s like training for a race. You don’t get off the couch and run a marathon. You take steps to get there. You train your body and mind to reach a level of endurance to be able to run a marathon. The same goes for changes in your life – one step at a time. Stay positive and work towards the goal you would like to reach.
